Experience a truly unique way to connect with your body, mind & spirit with Melissa Terese Young & Gaia Terza

Our journey begins with a "tea" meditation that will lead us through a mystical herbal gateway to explore, receive guidance, and commune with earth wisdom and plant magic.  Plant spirit herbalist, holistic therapist, and innate intuitive Gaia Terza will share beautiful tea infusions as we dive into the plant world with guided imagery and follow up with teachings on the medicinal and spiritual aspects of the herbs. 

Following the herbal practice,  dive deeper inward with the breath as Melissa guides you through a ceremonial breathwork session.   

Together, Melissa & Gaia will create an exquisite tapestry of experience that can offer new vistas of guidance and vision on your sacred path.
