A Sacred Weekend of Breath, Ceremony
& Embodied Teaching
This isn’t just a training.
It’s a rite of passage into becoming a Ceremonial Breath Guide.
If you feel called to share the breath as sacred medicine, to hold space for individuals in deep, one-on-one transformational sessions, and guide others home to themselves, one breath at a time, this is your path.
You Feel the Call…
You’ve always known you were meant for something more. You feel the pull to help others heal, to guide them toward transformation—but somehow, the path hasn’t been clear. Maybe you’re a healer, a therapist, a coach, or a seeker who’s been on your own journey of healing, yet something still feels missing. You sense a deeper wisdom inside you, waiting to be unlocked, but the noise of everyday life holds you back.
Maybe you’ve experienced breathwork before—felt the rush, the release, the connection to something greater. Maybe you’ve had a moment of profound clarity and thought, I need to share this with others. But then the questions creep in… Can I really do this? How do I hold space for others the right way? What if I don’t feel “healed enough” to guide others? You don’t want to just lead the breath—you want to honor it.
Here’s the truth: The world needs more facilitators who can hold the breath as the sacred practice it was meant to be. The Breath isn’t just a technique—it’s a portal. A bridge between the mind, body, and spirit. A way to dissolve old programming, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and lead others to do the same. This training is here to support you in stepping into that role—not just as a facilitator, but as a guide who embodies the work.

The Training
The Ceremonial Breath Facilitator Immersion is a three-day, in-person experience that initiates you into the art and responsibility of holding breath for another in a sacred, ethical, and embodied way.
This is Level 1 Certification in the Breathwork Worldwide pathway. You’ll leave with the tools, structure, and spiritual grounding to confidently begin offering 1:1 ceremonial breath sessions.
This is where facilitators are born. Not by technique alone—but through presence, practice, and devotion.
Before You Arrive, the Journey Begins
Most trainings start on Day One. This one begins the moment you say yes.
On July 17th, we’ll have a welcome call where you’ll receive your pre-immersion work—designed to open your system, clarify your intention, and begin aligning you with the energy of this path.
Here’s what sets this container apart—from the very beginning:
Ceremonial Breath—The breath isn’t taught as a “tool.” It’s honored as sacred medicine.
Your preparation will include guided practices that weave breath with shamanic energy work—activating your inner healer before you ever hold space for another.
Ancient Meets Modern—You’ll begin learning the roots before you arrive—this is the fusion of grounded ritual with real-world depth: spiritual, embodied, ethical.
Energetic Mastery + Trauma-Informed Facilitation—Where other trainings leave you guessing, this one begins with clarity. You’ll receive practices to start regulating your field, cleansing your energy, and attuning to subtle signals—so you arrive ready to hold safe, steady space.
Ritual Prep That Actually Matters—Your pre-immersion guide includes:
- A 7–14–21–28 minute breath protocol to open the system gradually
- Journaling prompts to clarify your “why”
- Align yourself with the idea that self care is soulful.
- Optional insight work: Gene Keys, Human Design, Numerology
This isn’t about showing up “ready.” It’s about arriving willing—open, grounded, and already in relationship with the breath.
It’s not just about learning how to facilitate the breath.
It’s about becoming a vessel for healing, transformation, and something far greater.
You'll also receive:

Breath Facilitator. Priestess. Shamanic Arts Practitioner. Guide of Healing in Altered States
About Melissa
As the founder of Breathwork Worldwide and The Circle of Sacred Breath, Melissa has trained countless facilitators and held space for thousands of people in private sessions, group circles, and immersive workshops. She also created an accessible framework for integrating shamanic energy tools, particularly the Q’ero Peruvian Medicine Wheel, into the breath practice.
Originally from the East Coast, she’s now based in Oklahoma, reconnecting with her West Coast tribe while spending time with her son. But a big part of her heart still lives in Powhatan, Virginia, where she built a thriving healing arts practice—alongside a farm full of animals, six cats, and her dog, Baya.
An Aquarius to the core, Melissa believes healing is both practical and mystical—a dance between science and spirit, ancient wisdom and modern life. Her mission? To help others reclaim their innate power, remember who they are, and step into their own medicine.

What Students Are Saying
Melissa brings a warmth and playfulness to her work, making the journey of learning and healing both profound and joyful. She once told me that a great teacher wishes for their students to surpass them—words she fully embodies. Today, we stand side by side, facilitating healing experiences together.
Her mantra, Rise, Sister, Rise, is not just something she says—it’s something she lives. She genuinely wants to see her students step into their own power, evolving from student to teacher. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and presence on this path.
Through her training, I learned to weave breathwork into my daily routines, helping me stay grounded and sane in a time when the world feels anything but. It’s not just a practice—it’s become a way of being. And the impact on my business? Profound. I show up more present, more embodied, and more connected—not just to my clients, but to myself.
Melissa is more than a teacher and mentor; she’s a guide who walks the path with you. Her wisdom, warmth, and authenticity create a space where real transformation happens. I’m beyond grateful for her and the journey she’s led me on.
